Terms And Condition
1. This quotation provided to the customer by Haus Helm is subject to these terms and conditions.
2. This quotation is for the placement of an order for the goods and services provided by Haus Helm and third parties used by Haus Helm.
3. This quotation if agreed to must be signed by the named client and the named client is responsible for the payment of the quotation on the date specified.
4. Either party may terminate their servicing by providing written notice. The customer agrees after the quotation is signed that the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
5. All prices exclude GST, 10% will be added to the final payment.
6. The quotation amount is valid for the quotation offer period of 4 weeks, if the property is not sold Haus Helm offers a complimentary 5th week.
7. If the client requires the use of the staged items beyond the quotation period, the client will request in writing an updated end of service date. If approved by Haus Helm, the client will incur an additional fee at 25% of the original total amount per week and this amount to is to be paid in full 3 days prior to the original quotation service end date is reached.
8. There is no pro rata of the fees for a partial week.
9. If a client accepts an offer before the end of the quotation period Haus Helm is entitled to the full amount payable and may acquire the furniture and homewares from the property earlier than the quotation states.
10. Haus Helm cannot be held responsible if the client’s property does not sell within the quotation period.
11. The client agrees that Haus Helm has exclusivity of the property on the quotation installation date and that a key may be obtained from the agent or owner up to 24 hours before installation.
12. The installation and staging process will be complete within 24 hours, afterward the key is returned.
13. The client agrees Haus Helm may hang pictures using the safest techniques including the use of masonry or wood screws.
14. It is the responsibility of the client to check and confirm that the goods are fit for purpose and suitable for the user or environment or both.
15. Furniture and homewares supplied by Haus Helm are to be used for their intended purpose.
16. Haus Helm does not use child safety fittings to fix furniture to walls.
17. No pets or animals are to enter the property while Haus Helms furniture and homewares occupy it.
18. Haus Helm is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of our staged furniture or homewares.
19. Goods owned by Haus Helm cannot be removed from the property, sub-leased or used for events.
20. Clients are responsible for any damage, drycleaning or loss of rented goods including theft. Haus Helm goods are to return in the same condition as delivered. Damage, fabric soiling or loss will incur a fix, drycleaning or replacement fee to be paid by the client named on the quotation.
21. Any goods or services or both that are not specified in this quotation are expressly excluded.
22. Unless otherwise expressly agreed between the client and Haus Helm no other special promotion price or discount offer can be applied in conjunction with this quotation.
23. The client acknowledges and agrees that the availability of goods and services included in this quotation depend on factors outside of the control of the Haus Helm including, but not limited to third-party delivery personnel, their vehicles and weather.
24. The client agrees that Haus Helm may contact the client regarding the quotation and services only.
25. Haus Helm collects handles stores and discloses the personal information of any customer in accordance with the privacy act of 1988 and the privacy policy of Haus Helm.
26. Images used in the quotation may vary.
27. Haus Helm may use images of the named clients staged home on websites and social media platforms.
28. Haus Helm may vary the terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
29. Haus Helm Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable and if not adhered to Haus Helm has the right to terminate our services taking legal action if applicable.
